Welcome to the Department of Mathematics
The department of Mathematics is one of the renowned department of Carmichael College since 1947. During the period of British famous teachers are appointed in this department. Many teachers left to India for the shake of regional division. As a result the honours course was temporarily held up. After that, in 1960 the course was again started under Rajshahi University. There are one thousand students are studying in this department. There is an exclusive computer lab with 40 computers. The result of honours and masters course is excellent
